Immeral Xiloscient

Immeral Xiloscient is one of the many protectors of the forest. While these druids and rangers rarely interacted, they had a common goal of protecting the forest. His way of life was changed forever after the occurrence of the planar catastrophe.

The animals and plant life started to mutate and warp. He could not understand what was happening. The animals that were once docile became aggressive and were even exhibiting cannibalistic nature towards their own kind. Creatures that did not belong mysteriously showed up out of nowhere. The protectors of the forest did not know how to deal with this change. Many were lost to the hazardous elements and mutated animals.

He met one of the supply run teams of the Lanternwurm in the forest. He noticed that they were struggling to find any food and water at all. He did his due diligence to make sure they were not hostile and had good intentions. He appeared to them out of the foliage. Then offered to help them find the supplies they were looking for. This happened on more than one occasion. Eventual the crew of the Lanternwurm offered him a job with the supply team.

After much consideration, he took the offer and left his home to live on the Lanternwurm. This was not an easy transition. But he saw good in these people and how well they treated his home. It may also offer him a better understanding on why the planar catastrophe occurred. He has a goal of returning home one day. But he knows that at the moment there is not much he can do.
