ความเป็นมาของธุรกิจ

      เตาหลวง สตูดิโอ ก่อตั้งเมื่อ วันที่ 12 มกราคม 2544 ซึ่งได้เริ่มสร้างเตาเผาขึ้นมา ก่อนหน้านั้น ได้เรียนที่ อาชีวะศึกษาเชียงใหม่ และศึกษาต่อทางด้าน อุตสาหกรรมเซรามิค ที่มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล วิทยาเขตล้านนา เริ่มทำงานที่ โรงงานเตาเม็งราย เป็นเวลา 4 ปี ก่อตั้งเตา นับตั้งแต่ 2544 ผลงานที่ทำขึ้นจะนำสิ่งแวดล้อมรอบๆ ตัวมาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานตามฤดูกาล ตามสถานที่ต่างๆ ที่ไป นำมาขึ้นรูปด้วยงานสเลปดินแผ่น เทคนิคต่างๆ แล้วนำเอาประสบการณ์ความรู้ มาผสมผสานกัน เพื่อสร้างผลงานขึ้นมา โดยถ่ายทอดอารมณ์ความรู้สึก ลงไปในชิ้นงาน เพื่องานศิลปะที่เป็นเซรามิคอุตสาหกรรมยังคงอยู่ และยังสืบเนื่องต่อไป กระบวนการผลิต ของเตาหลวงสตูดิโอ นั้น มีเอกลักษณ์ด้านการขึ้นรูป โดยการขึ้นรูปนั้น เป็น การขึ้นรูปดินแผ่น หรือการสแลปติน (Slab) ซึ่งต่างจากกระบวนการขึ้นรูปที่เราคุ้นเคย เช่น การ ขึ้นรูปแบบ การหล่อน้ำดิน หรือ การขึ้นรูปด้วยแป้นหมุน และน้ำเคลือบที่เป็นการนำวัสดุเหลือ ใช้ อย่างขี้เถ้าไม้ ที่ได้จากอุตสาหกรรมอาหารภายในชุมชน จากการผลิตเส้น ขนมจีน ทั้งนี้ใน กระบวนการตกแต่ง ทางสตูดิโอได้นำลวดลายจากวัชพืช และ พืชสมุนไพร รอบๆบ้าน มาทำ การตกแต่ง และได้นำดินแดงดอยสะเก็ดมาร่วมในการตกแต่งชิ้นงาน เพื่อเพิ่มความน่าสนใจ และ มูลค่าให้กับผลิตภัณฑ์ เซรามิค จากการนำวัสดุที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม และเอกลักษณ์ ด้านการผลิตชิ้นงาน ทำให้เตา หลวงสตูดิโอได้รับการยอมรับและใบการันตีต่างๆ เมื่อลูกค้านำสินค้าไปใช้        จึงมั่นใจในความ ปลอดภัยและคุณภาพของสินค้า

Taoluang Studio was established on January 12, 2001, and embarked on the construction of a kiln, marking the beginning of its luxurious journey. Prior to this venture, the founder pursued studies at Chiang Mai Vocational Education, delving into the captivating realm of the ceramic industry at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna Campus. Following completion of studies, a four-year stint at Mengrai Kiln Factory ensued, commencing in 2001 when the kiln was inaugurated. The endeavors undertaken during this period were instrumental in transforming the surrounding environment and crafting mesmerizing seasonal creations. Drawing inspiration from diverse locations I have had the privilege to visit, the artistry of Taoluang Studio fuses clay sculptures, employing a range of techniques and amalgamating accumulated experiences and knowledge. By infusing each piece with heartfelt emotions, the studio aims to perpetuate the allure of industrial ceramics, ensuring its timeless continuity. The production process at Taoluang Studio results in unique products through the method of forming. This forming technique involves using soil or slaptin (slab) as opposed to the more familiar methods such as casting or shaping with a wheel. Additionally, the studio employs glaze made from waste materials like wood ash sourced from the local food industry. During the decoration phase, the studio incorporates patterns inspired by weeds and medicinal plants found in the vicinity of their premises. They also utilize Doi Saket soil in their decorative work. These environmentally friendly materials and the studio's distinctive production methods contribute to the appeal and value of their ceramic products. Due to their commitment to using sustainable materials and producing unique artworks, Tao Luang Studio has gained recognition and received various certificates. As a result, customers can confidently use their products, knowing that they meet high standards of safety and quality.
