Game designers and developers ----> total of 160 employees. Each employee will make an annual salary of $62 thousand (salary is based on the average Canadian salary for game designers in Canada (glassdoor) Total = $10 million

Team of Educators are hired to keep coming up with educational and learning ideas/activities we can add to the game. Educators are not hired on a full time basis. We expect them to provide feedback, new developments and suggestions during our monthly meetings. Each teacher will make an annual salary of $35 thousand. Educators have their jobs during the day and then work for Language Domination TM on a part time basis. Total = 105-130 thousand dollars CAD.

Marketing should cost approximately 200-500 thousand dollars CAD. We will advertise/promote through different schools/school-boards across the country.

Employees will be working from home. Our company will provide our workers with the necessary technological tools and resources they need. Each employee will be provided with a PC and two monitors. The set up will cost the company approximately $4 thousand per employee, which brings the total cost to around $640 thousand CAD.

Total costs to begin will be approximately CAD $11.270 million.
