Nowadays improvements on the structure life cycle is one of the main concerns in the aerospace industry. The ASRG-ITA has been working in collaboration with Embraer on the development of robust design methodologies for aerospace panels manufactured using new joining technologies including Fiber-Metal Laminates, FSW and Bonding.
