This teacher understands that the classroom is a dynamic environment requiring ongoing modification of instruction to enhance learning for each student.
This artifact is from my education 454 student teaching class. the assignment was to videotape yourself while giving instruction to your class and then disect it with the given questions.
I believe this artifact aligns with the professional teaching standard which states "This teacher understands that the classroom is a dynamic environment requiring ongoing modification of instruction to enhance learning for each student.;" because as a special education teacher I may be taking on many different roles depending on a the situation and the class I am teaching.
This assignment was helpful because it helped me grow as a student teacher. This was my fsecond reflection so this made me think about all the of the aspets that I needed to work on from the first one compared to this one.
This assignment is from my EDUC 310 class. The goal of this assignment was to find different strategies and points to help students inside the classroom.

Overall, this paper gives an example that discovered new methods and ideas to incorporate inside of our classroom.
