In addition to large and small quilts KVQG members can make and sell many smaller hand-crafted articles such as placemats, thread catchers, pin cushions, bags of many types, knit socks and mittens, crocheted articles, scarves and small wall hangings.  (Please note baby quilts and other quilts are not accepted on the boutique tables - they must be registered as quilts)

You set the price, the guild keeps 10% of the sales.   Enter the items on the inventory sheet (see below).  If you have identical items of the same price (e.g. 50 scarves), you don't need to enter all 50.  On one line enter 1-50 scarves and the price.  Leave the next line(s) blank so the members working the table can keep track of the number sold.  

We are using the same tags as last year.  Enter the information as follows: 

No.  ABC-01 (ABC is your initials (use all 3) the number is the number of the item)

Style - What you're selling (e.g. Socks)

Size - Small (use this if applicable)

Price- $35.00

This is repeated on bottom half and more information can be added to back of tag.   Attach your items with a safety pin or a piece of thread.

While the members working the tables diligently monitor the activity around the table, unfortunately the guild is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  We ask that you sign a disclaimer form (see below). 

Everyone who sells items is expected to help out with this part of the show.
