Next Meeting - Christmas Dinner - December 10, 2025 at the Legion, 8 River Road, Rothesay.
Program - Fun & games at the Christmas dinner
Part of the program will also entail a small quilted item exchange that is totally voluntary. Members can decide to participate or not on a monthly basis. For December, the item will be a bookmark. People will need to place their bookmark in a paper bag for the exchange. They can also make more than one. For example, if someone makes 2, each item will be placed in 2 different bags and that person can take 2 bags when the exchange happens. The exchange is supposed to be anonymous. So bags should not be identifiable. After the exchange, people can find out who did the item(s).
Christmas Dinner - A cash bar will be open. Doors open at 5:30, dinner at 6 pm.
Foodbank - We will be collecting items at the December meeting. KV food basket has given a few suggestions of products in great need. Please consider donating the following items; feminine products (pads/tampons), diapers Size 5,6,7 (Toddler size), deodorant (mens and ladies), shampoo, soap, body wash and toilet paper. etc. The items do not need to be wrapped as Marilyn will have a box ready to collect the items in.
