A. The course evaluation period runs from three weeks before the end of the semester until just before the final examination period.
B. The detailed schedule will be announced through notices on the university website.
A. Log in to the Integrated Information System (Portal) → Academic Administration → Classes → Course Evaluation → Course Evaluation Registration
B. On the “Course Evaluation Registration” page, select the course(s) subject to evaluation. Carefully and sincerely respond to each of the evaluation questions provided, then click the “Save” button.
C. All courses offered at the undergraduate level are subject to evaluation (excluding Military Science courses). For team-teaching courses, each instructor must be evaluated individually.
A. If a student fails to participate in the course evaluation for any one of the courses taken during the relevant semester, access to the student’s grades will be restricted.
B. Once a course evaluation has been submitted, it cannot be revised or resubmitted. Therefore, students should complete the evaluation carefully and thoughtfully at the time of initial submission.
C. The confidentiality of students’ evaluations is strictly protected. Students are encouraged to participate actively and sincerely in the course evaluation process.
D. Course evaluation results are used as reference materials for improving courses in the following semester and are also reflected in faculty performance evaluations. Accordingly, students should complete the evaluations with care and a strong sense of responsibility.
