A. Visit the Konkuk University International Student Center website (http://ciss.konkuk.ac.kr)
→ Life at KONKUK → Q&A
→ Log in using your university portal ID and password
→ Submit your question
B. Simple questions regarding information already available on the university website will be answered by International Education Assistants at the International Student Center.
C. Questions related to visas, immigration status, or legal matters will be answered by the staff member responsible for international student management.
D. Before submitting a question, please be sure to carefully read all notices and guidelines posted on the notice board.

A. Office Hours:
During regular business hours, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
B. Language-Specific Consultation Hours:
Please check the monthly consultation schedule posted on the notice board of the Konkuk University International Student Center website before visiting.
C. Korean-language consultations are available at all times during business hours.
