Realms of the Sefiros
Realms of the Sefiros
Introduction
Long ago, all existence was nothing more than an endless sea of darkness, stretching on across all time. But one timeless day, an angel descended from the heavens to plant a single seed into these dark waters. This seed eventually grew into a massive tree, and for each fruit the tree bore a new universe was born. Each universe was contained within something called a "Starsphere," a space hidden within each fruit that contained a multitude of different planets and systems, all of ranging sizes but none surpassing more than the size of a celestial galaxy. About 5% of the planets were filled with life, some intelligent, some not. Each starsphere also had their own unique rules and feel, and any stranger from other starspheres would sometimes be transformed to better match the world they were visiting.
Most beings across the multiverse were unaware of the worlds outside their Starsphere. They are called sheep, blissfully ignorant of what lies beyond the veil. Then there are the awakened, ordinary mortals who have gained the knowledge of the realms beyond, and in doing so have reached the next stage of their evolution greatly expanding their lifespan and strengthening all known physical and mental traits including magickal talent. Then there are the awakened beings who have ascended past their status as mortal beings, becoming at least partially immortal. This is done through many means, most unknown to the majority of the populace.
Some say you must master one's inner self to unlock this power, while others say that you must be remembered as a great figure in history, good or bad, to be immortalized. These beings are called Scions. However, becoming a Scion comes at a price. While scions are fully immortal reviving soon after they perish, they are also subservient to whoever summoned them. There are some scions that remain somewhat free under some sort of divine force like the Olympians of Arboria and the Aesir of Ysgard, but most are completely subservient to their masters, and in some cases a scion's master can greatly influence a scion's personality and even physical appearance if they have a strong enough will through a phenomenon known as Resonance. Such is the price of eternal life. While scions are sometimes worshiped as "gods," most of them are ultimately subservient to mortals with a strong enough will.
Then, there are aeons, beings some may consider to be gods. These beings are fully immortal. While they can take a physical, mortal form, their true bodies are spiritual and thus when their mortal body perishes they just return to Elysium to be reborn in a new one. These include the 12 Seraphim as well as some incredibly powerful beings such as the cherubhim, the angels, the archfiends, Elzakalas and his incarnations, and various others across the worlds.
Next, there are the celestials, the true creators of the world below. They exist in a higher domain known as the Celestial Realm where through their cognition shape the lower plane and its people to their liking. They may be gods to the people of the lower domain, having absolute control over every aspect of their world, but to themselves they are just ordinary humans creating creative, "fictional" works for their own amusement. But there is an even higher being than the celestial, a being above all other beings, the God of gods, the infinite one, the eternal one, the ultimate light, THE NAMELESS ONE. HE needs to name, because HIS very existence transcends the need for moral constructs such as names. HE is an eternal force of light and goodness everlasting, holding infinite power and knowledge.
Now that we got the hierarchy out of the way, let's talk about the worlds:
Ascended Planes
Neo Eden - The new world which all souls, both celestial and fictive, that have been redeemed by The Messiah shall enter upon the last judgment. In this world, there is still free will, but all evil desire has been erased. Everyone lives in peace and harmony in a world with no suffering, war, illness, famine, aging, or death, where everything is free and people work only for the benefit of others.
True Heaven - A "waiting room" of sorts of celestial souls who have light in their hearts to wait in until the last judgment comes and they can finally enter Neo Eden.
True Gehenna - A fiery realm where man and demon alike suffer endlessly for all eternity as punishment for their sins.
True Sheol - A lifeless realm of eternal wandering where the restless spirits of celestials not full of either light or darkness wander the shadowy wastes as shades for all time until the end of days.
Celestial Realm - A higher plane of existence and the home of the celestials, creators of the lower domain. It is very similar to the lower domain except that most celestials are completely unaware of their power of cognition, and thus do not consider themselves as gods.
Farplane - A chaotic realm of madness and untold insanity that cannot be comprehended by anything or anyone. It is where the elder demons, dark gods of incomprehensible power, dwell beyond the walls of regular reality. Even one second gazing into the boundless depths of the farplane can cause even the most hardened soul to go completely insane. This is usually caused by the realms of unreality and reality becoming close during the deep dreaming state or consumption of Substance B, an ultra dangerous drug that can cause overwhelming chaotic and dark delusions, especially while dreaming.
Darkness Beyond Time - A realm of darkness beyond reality where dead worlds and timelines go to die.
Imaginary Number Dimension - One of the two building blocks of the lower domain. Symbolized by the mark ∅, the absence of existence, and the boundlessness of time.
Original Number Dimension - One of the two building blocks of the lower domain. Symbolized by the mark ι, the origin of existence, and the absence of time
Outer Planes
Gate - The core of all worlds, a completely neutral realm that connects all other Outer Planes. It is also the main place where the people of all the outrealms meet, mingle, and trade and has a mysterious aura that prevents all fighting in the city. True Neutral.

Feywild - A magickal and beautiful fairytale realm full of fae creatures such as fairies and mermaids. It also has a dark side filled with devious fae, but is overall a great and peaceful place to visit, especially if you want to become a member of the faerie court yourself. They're very welcoming. Light/Semi-Chaos
Arboria - The realm of the Olympian Scions, free scions who constantly bicker amongst themselves and cause problems for the mortals living below the clouds. Any failure to worship the ruling Olympians is met with severe punishment. Light/Law

Mechanus - A realm where everything is perfectly ordered like clockwork and everything works on a strict schedule where everything is pre-planned. Free will is absolutely prohibited and all of its denizens are part of one massive hive mind ruled by the Clockwork Queen. Here, everything is in perfect rhythm and the queen is very eager to add yet another to its flow… True Law
Limbo - A chaotic realm of the constantly shifting ruins of dead worlds bathed in a bleak black and white tone. Lost souls wander here for all eternity as the very essence of the world shifts and warps seemingly every second. True Chaos.

Archeron - A realm where various different factions of goblins, demons, and other fiends wage constant, never ending war against one another. However, there is order in the chaos of war, with every army being absolutely brutal drill sergeant like with strict back burning rules and brutal conduct. Dark/Law.
Erebus - A realm of eternal pleasure and indulgence ruled by extremely sexy succubi and their queen Lilith. People whose lives are ruled by sex and perversion end up here when they die and are almost instantly converted into slutty succubi, usually to the person's glee and pleasure. Dark/Chaos.
Abyss - A realm of darkness and demons where the true bodies of the archfiends rule over. Has a strict hierarchy of demons and is filled with all sorts of sin and corruption. People who worship demons in life end up here in death as demons themselves, forever serving the archfiends and their master Elzakalas the Evil One. Dark/Semi-Law.
Gehenna - A fiery realm of eternal suffering where the most evil of humanity burns in a lake of fire for the rest of time. Dark/Semi-Chaos

However, one of the gods, Dagda, believed his race to be superior and killed the other gods, killing all their offspring, the races, as a result. Dagda also sent his people onto floating islands in the sky while turning the land below into a barren wasteland filled with demons while greatly persecuting the Fomorians, the newest race on Anima, and making Dagda and his race the Dannan's slaves. Eventually, heroes rose up and defeated Dagda, but in their hubris unlocked the door to darkness out of curiosity and summoned Elzakalas who destroyed the world. A prime world.

A prime world.
