Seasonal Allergies
Seasonal allergies, also known as hay fever can ruin the beautiful seasons of Summer, Spring and sometimes even Fall. The constant itching of eyes and noses. The reason most people get seasonal allergies are because of pollen. Pollen is normally found on trees, grass, and weeds. Other common reasons you may have allergies are because of mold spores, ragweed and outdoor allergens.
Some symptoms you may face are sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, scratchy or sore throat, coughing, fatigue, and headaches.
To help avoid allergies you should try to stay indoor when the pollen counts are high, keep doors and windows close, and shower after spending time outdoors. If you do get allergies, you can use medications such as decongestants to help you breathe better.
