In the story Rylie The Riddler, Rylie uses self talk to help remember something important. Think of something you can say to yourself that will help you with a problem you often have (e.g., “I can do this”, “I need to take a deep breath”, “I just need to try again”). Draw a picture of when this self talk would be helpful.
