I interned in the summer semesters of 2022 and 2023 at American Airlines as a Software Developer Intern in the Technical Operations and Revenue Accounting team. Last summer, I worked with a team of 3 (from a larger team of 20+ members) from Phoenix and Dallas that used Pyspark and MLFlow tech stacks to design linear and logistic regression models that predict flight oil consumption. This summer, I am utilizing Java to write APIs that support data transfer in the revenue accounting financial hub and perform testing. 

Prior Knowledge

My experience with Pandas and Scikit-Learn from the AI4ALL Program and involvement in Aggie Data Science Club helped me quicken the learning curve on Pyspark and MLFlow. After taking CSCE 315 in Spring 2023, I gained extensive group project experience on a full-stack project that strengthened my knowledge base of Java.
