This Career Report Project artifact showcases my dedication to student career development. I plan to incorporate this project into my classes to help students build critical skills in research, analysis, and presentation. By guiding students through the exploration of career options, industry trends, and the articulation of their career interests, the project supports comprehensive career guidance and informed decision-making. Through their SAE projects, students take ownership of their learning by selecting an agricultural field of interest and developing a structured plan to gain practical experience.
