This professional development certificate from Penn State Extension for Better Kid Care highlights my commitment to continuous growth and effective CTE instruction. The two-hour course focused on understanding student learning styles and adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners. It enhanced my pedagogical skills and deepened my knowledge of various teaching and learning strategies. Following the course, I collaborated with colleagues to teach an agriculture lesson to students, during which we were evaluated by academic teachers on our ability to adapt to and engage with the learners. This experience allowed me to refine my instructional techniques and further solidify my dedication to fostering an inclusive learning environment. 

This Professional Development Plan underscores my dedication to continuous growth and collaboration within the field of CTE. It demonstrates my commitment to actively participating in annual professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and to continually enhance my knowledge and skills. The plan also highlights my focus on collaboration with colleagues, including academic teachers, to improve student learning outcomes. During my student teaching experience, I intend to work closely with my cooperating teacher (CT), as well as other educators and school administration, to refine my teaching strategies and foster an environment of shared expertise and support.
