Registration can be done through our Google Form. Please include the name that will be on the E-Transfer, if it differs from your name. We strongly encourage you to sign up in advance, so we can get a good idea of how many students are participating. You may select "cash/etransfer upon arrival" if you wish to pay on Welcome Day.
O-Week participation costs 75$ if you register before Welcome Day, and 80$ day-of. Your payment goes towards all things O-Week: food, performers, room bookings, experiences, and equipment rentals. However, the KSU believes funds should not be a barrier to O-Week, or education in general. Day-of, there will be a Pay-What-You-Can option for those who are unable to afford the full fee. If you'd like to register in advance, but are unable to pay, please shoot us an email at kingsorientation2026@gmail.com. We can help you get set up! Even if you plan to pay upon arrival, please still fill out the form.
