The Developers of VIDIOAI and King Apps Studio respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices for the VIDIOAI mobile application. It describes how your personal information and data — including photos, images, and face data — is collected, processed, used, and shared when you use our app.
1. About VIDIOAI
VIDIOAI is an AI-powered video and photo generation app. It allows users to upload photos and enter text prompts to generate short videos and animated clips using third-party AI model APIs. To deliver these features, user-submitted photos and prompts are transmitted to external AI processing services as described in this policy.
2. User Consent Before Data Sharing
Before your photo or personal data is transmitted to any third-party AI service, VIDIOAI displays a clear in-app notice that identifies exactly what data will be sent, specifies which AI provider it will be sent to, and requests your explicit permission before proceeding. You may decline at any time. If you decline, your data will not be transmitted and the generation request will not proceed.

3. Face Data and Photo Data — Collection and Use
When you use VIDIOAI, you may choose to upload photos from your device's photo library or camera. These photos may contain your face or the faces of other individuals.
What we collect:
When you upload a photo, that image — which may include facial features, likeness, and biometric data — is collected by the app for the sole purpose of processing your generation request.
How photos are accessed:
Photos are accessed only when you explicitly select and submit them within the app. We do not access your photo library in the background. We do not collect photos without your direct action.
How face data is used:
Your uploaded photo, including any face data it contains, is transmitted securely to third-party AI model providers (listed in Section 5) to generate the video or animated output you requested. Face data is used solely for this generation purpose and for no other purpose.
Sharing:
Your photo and face data is shared only with the third-party AI API providers necessary to fulfill your generation request. It is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or any other third parties.
Retention:
Photos and face data submitted for generation are not stored on our servers beyond what is required to process and return your generation result. Generated output files may be temporarily cached to deliver results to you and are deleted within 24 hours of generation. We do not maintain a database of user photos or face data.
Deletion:
Because we do not retain your photos or face data beyond the processing window, there is no stored face data to delete after your request is completed. If you have concerns, contact us at help.kingappsstudio@gmail.com
Storage location:
Generation requests are processed via third-party AI servers. See Section 5 for details on where each provider processes and stores data.
4. How AI Generation Works With Your Content
When you submit a photo or text prompt in VIDIOAI, the following process occurs:
Step 1 — Your photo or prompt is received by the VIDIOAI app on your device.
Step 2 — The app displays a consent notice identifying what data will be sent and to which AI provider, and requests your permission before proceeding.
Step 3 — Upon your consent, the app securely transmits your photo or prompt to the selected third-party AI model provider via an encrypted API connection.
Step 4 — The AI model processes your input to generate a video or animated clip. This processing happens on the provider's servers, not on your device.
Step 5 — The generated video output is returned to the VIDIOAI app and displayed to you.
Step 6 — The temporary input data used in Step 3 is not retained by us beyond the generation process.
Your content is used only to fulfill the specific generation request you initiated. It is not used to train AI models, build user profiles, or for any advertising purpose.
5. Third-Party AI Model Providers
VIDIOAI integrates with the following third-party AI model providers to power video and image generation features. When you submit a generation request, your input data is processed by one or more of these providers depending on the model you select. Each provider is required to provide the same or equal protection for your data as described in this Privacy Policy.
Kling AI (Kuaishou Technology) Used for: AI video generation from photos and text prompts Data processed: User-submitted photos and text prompts Data handling: Subject to Kling AI's privacy policy and data practices. Kling AI processes input data on their servers to generate video output.
Google (Veo 3, Veo 3.1) Used for: Cinematic AI video generation Data processed: User-submitted photos and text prompts Data handling: Subject to Google's privacy policy. Input data is processed via Google's API infrastructure.
Seedance (ByteDance) Used for: AI video generation Data processed: User-submitted photos and text prompts Data handling: Subject to Seedance's privacy policy and ByteDance's data practices.
WAN (Wan2.1) Used for: AI video generation Data processed: User-submitted photos and text prompts Data handling: Subject to the provider's privacy policy.
Nanobanana Used for: Text-to-image and image-to-image generation Data processed: User-submitted photos and text prompts Data handling: Subject to Nanobanana's privacy policy and data practices. Nanobanana processes input data on their servers to generate image output.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these providers for full details on how they handle submitted data. We do not control the data practices of third-party providers once data is transmitted to their servers.
VIDIOAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, or Kuaishou Technology.
6. Information We Collect Automatically
Device Information:
We may collect information about your mobile device including its model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, language settings, and IP address.
Usage and Analytics:
We use Firebase by Google for analytics, crash reporting, and A/B testing. This may include session duration, feature usage frequency, crash logs, and interaction patterns within the app. No photos or generation content are included in analytics data.
7. Children's Privacy
VIDIOAI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted data through our app, contact us at help.kingappsstudio@gmail.com and we will take appropriate action.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption to transmit your photos and prompts to third-party AI providers. All API communications are conducted over HTTPS. We do not store your photos, face data, or generation inputs on our own servers beyond the processing window required to complete your request.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to request deletion of any data we may hold, and to withdraw consent for data processing at any time by stopping use of the app. Because we do not retain photos or face data, deletion requests are generally fulfilled automatically upon completion of your generation request. 10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
