By using our app, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service).
Basic Terms
1. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create, including data, text, information, photos, videos, scripts, or any other materials you upload to the app.
2. Respect Others: You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other users.
3. Legal Use Only: You may not use this app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. International users must comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and content.
4. No Imitation: You must not copy, modify, or create derivative works that falsely imply they are associated with this app.
5. No Spam: Do not use the app to generate or distribute unsolicited advertising or promotional materials.
6. No Interference: Do not interfere with the app's functionality or other users by spreading viruses or harmful code.
7. Lawful Conduct: You must not violate any applicable laws while using the app.
Violation of these rules will result in the denial or termination of your access to the app.
General Conditions
1. Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without notice.
2. Terms Changes: We may update these Terms of Service, and your continued use of the app will constitute acceptance of the changes.
3. Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
4. Content Moderation: We may, but are not obligated to, remove or report content that we deem unlawful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
5. Data Use: By using the app, you agree that we can use aggregated, anonymized data from your usage for analytical and improvement purposes.
Subscriptions and Credits
1. Auto-Renewal Subscription: Our app operates on an auto-renewal subscription model through Apple's App Store. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
2. Credits and Expiration: Each subscription provides a certain number of credits based on the subscription tier (weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions provide different credit amounts). Unused credits from one subscription period do not roll over to the next.
Top-up credits, which can be purchased separately, remain valid for 365 days after purchase and can be used even if your subscription has been canceled.
3. Canceling Subscriptions: To cancel your subscription, go to your iOS device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, find UGC AI, and select "Cancel Subscription." Canceling subscription prevents future renewals but does not refund the current subscription period. You can also manage subscriptions through the App Store app.
AI Generation Costs and Refunds
1. AI Costs: Each video generated using our AI system incurs a significant cost to the developer, which is why the app operates on a subscription and credit-based model. These fees cover the technology and resources required to generate videos with AI avatars, voice synthesis, and image processing.
2. No Refunds on Consumed Credits: If you've used your credits to generate videos, we cannot offer refunds due to the associated costs of the AI video generation. Refunds for purchases are managed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly through the App Store.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the app to:
1. Create or share content that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful.
2. Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights or impersonates real individuals without consent.
3. Generate unsolicited advertisements or spam content.
4. Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or the identity of others.
5. Create misleading deepfake content designed to deceive viewers about the AI-generated nature of the video.
6. Violate any policies or regulations related to this app.
Refund Policy
1. In-App Purchases: For in-app purchases made through the App Store, we do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be made to Apple through the App Store. You can request a refund up to 45 days after purchase.
2. Auto-Renewals: If you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, Apple will charge you for the next subscription period. It is your responsibility to manage subscription renewals through the App Store. Please contact Apple Support if you believe you were charged in error.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
1. App Content Protection: All resources in the app, including templates, avatars, backgrounds, music, and text, are protected by trademark and copyright. Any unauthorized use outside of UGC AI is illegal.
2. App Ownership: All content and features of the UGC AI app are the exclusive property of the app developers and its licensors.
3. User-Generated Content: By generating videos through UGC AI, you retain ownership of the AI-generated videos for your personal and commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring that any real people, music, or third-party content used in your generated videos complies with applicable laws and rights.
4. Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions provided by users are voluntary, and we are free to use them without obligation or compensation to you.

UGC AI is an AI-powered tool for creating user-generated content videos. The content generated by this app is created through artificial intelligence and may not always be perfect. UGC AI assumes no responsibility for any issues, damages, or claims arising from the use of AI-generated videos, including but not limited to:
• Inaccuracies or inconsistencies in generated content
• Unintended results from AI processing or voice synthesis
• Issues arising from third-party AI services (Eleven Labs, Kling Avatar, Nano Banana 2)
• Legal claims arising from misuse of generated content
