By using StyleCut AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms apply to all users of the app.
2.1 You retain ownership of any photos you submit to StyleCut AI for AI generation.
2.2 By uploading a photo, you grant King Apps Studio and our AI processing provider a limited, temporary license to process that photo solely for the purpose of generating your requested haircut or hairstyle preview. This license ends when your generation request is completed.
2.3 You confirm that you have the right to upload any photo you submit, including photos of other people. You must obtain consent from any individual whose face or likeness appears in photos you upload for AI generation.
2.4 You must not upload photos of minors for AI generation purposes.
2.5 You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including ensuring it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
3.1 StyleCut AI allows you to upload photos that contain facial images in order to generate haircut and hairstyle previews. By using the app, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of face data as described in our Privacy Policy.
3.2 Face data contained in your uploaded photos is transmitted to our AI processing provider, Google (Nano Banana image generation service), solely to fulfill your generation request. It is not stored by King Apps Studio beyond the processing window, and it is not used for identification, profiling, or advertising.
3.3 You must not upload photos of other individuals without their explicit consent to have their facial image processed by the app's AI generation system.
4.1 StyleCut AI uses Google's Nano Banana image generation model to create your haircut and hairstyle previews. StyleCut AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of Google.
4.2 StyleCut AI generates images only. The app does not include a video generation feature, and no photo is used to create video content.
4.3 AI-generated output may vary in quality, accuracy, and appearance. We make no guarantee that generated results will meet your specific expectations or reflect an achievable real-world outcome from any salon or barber.
4.4 You own the output images you generate using StyleCut AI, subject to the terms of Google and applicable law. You are responsible for how you use, share, or publish generated content.
4.5 You agree not to use AI-generated output from StyleCut AI to create content that is defamatory, deceptive, harmful, or that violates any law or third-party rights.
You agree not to use StyleCut AI to:
Upload or generate content that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, sexually explicit, or violates any applicable law.
Generate content that depicts real individuals without their consent, including deepfakes or misleading impersonations.
Upload photos of minors for AI generation.
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models used in the app.
Use the app for automated or bulk generation without authorization.
Violate any terms imposed by our AI processing provider.
Violation of these rules will result in the termination of your access to the app.
6.1 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions: StyleCut AI offers auto-renewing subscription plans. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your iTunes account will be charged at purchase and within 24 hours before each renewal period.
6.2 Credit Rollover: Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not carry over to the next period. Additional credits purchased separately are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and remain available even if your subscription is cancelled.
6.3 One-Time Credit Packs: Credits purchased as one-time packs are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and remain available regardless of subscription status.
6.4 Cancelling Subscriptions: To cancel, go to your device Settings, then Subscriptions, and select StyleCut AI. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current subscription period.
6.5 No Refunds on Used Credits: Credits consumed for AI image generation cannot be refunded due to the processing costs involved. All refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's standard policies. Contact Apple directly for refund requests.
7.1 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your use of the app.
7.2 You must not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must comply with all applicable local laws.
7.3 You must not abuse, harass, impersonate, or intimidate other users.
8.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue StyleCut AI or any of its features at any time without notice.
8.2 We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The Last Updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the app following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to any user for any reason.
9.1 All app content, features, branding, and interface elements are the exclusive property of King Apps Studio and its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app or its content without our express written permission.
9.3 Any feedback or suggestions you provide are voluntary. We may use such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.
StyleCut AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will meet your requirements. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, King Apps Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from AI-generated content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
