This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains our privacy practices for the Service. It describes the ways your personal information and data is collected and used through our designated mobile application. It also describes the rights and options available to you with respect to your information.
The following key points of the Privacy Policy are only brought for your convenience. They are not a substitute for the full Policy.
StyleCut AI lets you upload a photo to generate an AI preview of a new hairstyle or haircut. To create this result, your uploaded photo is transmitted securely to Google's Nano Banana image generation service for processing. This transfer is required for the app's core feature to work.
We do not permanently store your uploaded photos or the AI-generated results on our servers. Photos are processed for the sole purpose of generating your requested image and are deleted from our systems shortly after the result is delivered to your device. We do not use your photos for any purpose other than generating the result you requested, and we do not sell or share your photos with any party other than the AI processing provider described above.
What face data we collect: When you use StyleCut AI, you upload a photo that may contain your face. The photo you choose to upload is the only face-related data our app collects. We do not perform facial recognition, do not extract facial landmarks or biometric templates, and do not use your photo to identify you.
How we use it: Your uploaded photo is used solely to generate the haircut, hairstyle, or hair color preview you requested. We do not use your photo or any face data for identification, profiling, biometric matching, marketing, or advertising.
Sharing with third parties: Your photo is transmitted to Google's Nano Banana image generation service via API, solely to generate the output image you requested. This is the only third party your photo is shared with. Google's handling of this data during processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not share your photo or face data with any other third party, data broker, or advertiser.
Storage and retention: Uploaded photos and the AI-generated results are not stored permanently on our servers. They are held only for the time needed to process your request and are deleted from our systems shortly after the generated image is delivered to your device. We do not retain a persistent copy of your photo.
Deletion: Because photos are not retained after processing, there is no stored copy that requires separate deletion. If you have questions about a specific request, you may contact us at help.kingappsstudio@gmail.com
Scope: This app currently generates images only. It does not include a video generation feature, and no photo is used to create video content.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, except as described above for AI image processing. We do not store, collect, or distribute personal information such as your name, address, or payment/bank information through this app.
You must be 13 years of age or older to use the App.
We use Firebase by Google to store and update app content (such as style libraries and configuration) on a regular basis. Uploaded photos and AI-generated results are not retained in this storage beyond the processing described above.
Device Information We may collect information about your mobile device, including its model, operating system type and version, unique identifiers, language, mobile network information, and the IP address through which you accessed the Service.
Analytical Data We may use third-party analytics tools, such as Firebase by Google, for app performance monitoring, crash reporting, and retention tracking. For example, we may record the frequency and scope of your use of the Service, the duration of your sessions, and the interactions you make with the Service's interface.
