This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains our privacy practices for the Service. It describes the ways your personal information and data is collected and used through our designated mobile application. It also describes the rights and options available to you with respect to your information.
The following key points of the Privacy Policy are only brought for your convenience. They are not a substitute for the full Policy.
Data Privacy
UGC AI lets you create professional UGC (User-Generated Content) videos with AI-powered avatars and voice synthesis. To create these results, your uploaded content and preferences are transmitted securely to our partner AI services for processing.
The app uses the following third-party services:
• Eleven Labs - for voice synthesis and audio generation
• Kling Avatar - for AI avatar video generation
• Nano Banana 2 - for image blending and manipulation
We do not permanently store your uploaded photos, videos, scripts, or the AI-generated results on our servers. Content is processed for the sole purpose of generating your requested video and is deleted from our systems shortly after the result is delivered to your device. We do not use your content for any purpose other than generating the result you requested, and we do not sell or share your content with any party other than the AI processing providers described above.
Third-Party AI Processing Services
UGC AI uses third-party AI services to create your videos. When you submit content or request a video generation, your data is sent to the appropriate service's servers via their API solely to generate the output video, then returned to the app. Each service's handling of this data is governed by their own privacy policies:

• Nano Banana 2: Privacy policy as provided by the service provider
We encourage you to review each provider's privacy policy. By using UGC AI, you acknowledge that your content may be transmitted to and processed by these third-party services.
User Privacy
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, except as described above for AI video processing. We do not collect, store, or distribute personal information such as your name, address, email, or payment/bank information through this app. UGC AI does not require account registration or login.
Children's Privacy
You must be 9 years of age or older to use the App.
App's Content Storage
We use Firebase by Google to store and update app content (such as template libraries, avatar options, and configuration) on a regular basis. Uploaded photos, videos, scripts, and AI-generated results are not retained in this storage beyond the processing described above.
Information We Automatically Collect
Device Information
We may collect information about your mobile device, including its model, operating system type and version, unique device identifiers, language, mobile network information, and the IP address through which you accessed the Service.
Analytical Data
We may use third-party analytics tools, such as Firebase by Google, for app performance monitoring, crash reporting, and usage tracking. For example, we may record the frequency and scope of your use of the Service, the duration of your sessions, the interactions you make with the Service's interface, and video generation metrics. This data is collected on a device level and not associated with personal identity.
