Innovation requires creativity. An employees work can be grinding and may hinder that creativity. Many companies have recognized this and have allowed their employees to allot up to 20% of their time toward any projects that they wish. The guiding rule is that it relates to their work. This has allowed many innovative projects to be created. Is one possible way to foster creativity in our students? I created a checklist examining many of the features many LMS systems have. That document is below along with a video of me showing the features of some of those systems.
