This was part of a class for my Master's program (Human Factors in Information Design).

Again, I did this in Google Slides because I'm a pro at making visual design mocks on there :P And I only had about 2 hours to work on it.

The mockup is based on a culmination of ethnographic research, persona creation, user research, and affinity diagramming sessions. The design solution aims to serve a particular type of persona, someone who uses technology to streamline their lives and not have to worry about finding a trusted mechanic.
