Summary: Client presents with a need to increase user conversion for their app. But as UX people, we knew better. Their user base consists of field workers, product managers, and decision-makers. We interviewed with users and non-users to compare user needs and behaviours, assessed the current usability and function of the app, and created a detailed user journey map based on personae we identified.
We then diverged in brainstorming different solution proposals for the client.
Impact: Influenced the client to adopt a UX, user-centred first approach. Client found our research insights and recommendations actionable.
