"AdStage is a powerful reporting tool"

What do you like best?

AdStage has complex reporting capabilities that are extremely simple to use. Thier onboarding and training process is powerful. Their customer support team operates on a higher level than any other company I have worked with in both my business and personal life. The automation interrupts a large number of roadblocks I have been running in to with restricted time/budgets for customers using paid social networking advertisements. The accounts are amazing and the interactive capacities on the Web View option have made a lot of my clients very satisfied.

What do you dislike?

The'Manage' section is a bit bulky and not as user-friendly since the'Report' and'Automate' section. It feels just like 90 percent of the efforts are put in both of the other areas and the'Handle' section is sort of workout. Even though the other two segments are the primary reason I am using the system, it is a place which could prove very helpful to keep a pulse on your business as a whole, but only as long as the widget personalization, date range, and also dining table customization were improved greatly and the option to save your settings was included.

Tips to other people contemplating the Item

I know it's not entirely up to you, but bring on Snapchat! Also, clean up this'Management' section. More widget customization, and let me save my settings so that I don't have to readjust everything should I click.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What advantages have you understood?

The very first problem AdStage has solved for me and my group is time. We're a bootstrapped marketing bureau, therefore every hour counts. AdStage automated reporting & campaign rotations save team an average of 17 hours each week. That alone makes the cost of the platform worthwhile for my service. The biggest problem I have solved with AdStage is beating the utter absence of automation and visual reporting capacities through compensated social networking advertisements. Facebook doesn't provide tools such as this to their own advertisers, but AdStage has stepped in with high quality API access into the Facebook and Instagram platforms. Last, the automation tools have enabled me to change how I approach customers with smaller budgets and allowed me to better provide great results for a limited budget.

"Clean & Simple to Use"

What do you enjoy best?

As with different programs, AdStage makes it easy to manage campaigns across several distinct platforms. AdStage delivers a clean dash to manage, produce and analyze campaigns. It's quite simple but I actually enjoy the folder attribute so that I can easily group similar campaigns across stations. In addition, I have had great customer support from our rep.

What do you really dislike?

AdStage is fresh and simple, but does not have a great deal of bells and whistles you may find in other platforms. Also, they recently made some adjustments to how Twitter is generated and managed (basically making it so you can only analyze, not edit or create ) which is not ideal. In addition, I have been required to reconnect various programs from time to time which is easy but a little annoying. Overall however, none of them are major difficulties.

Tips to other people considering the Item

If you're trying to find a platform that lets you easily manage campaigns over many platforms, AdStage works for you. There are other options out there that are more sophisticated though for seasoned entrepreneurs.

What business problems are you solving with this product? What advantages have you realized?

We are running several awareness and direct gen campaigns across multiple platforms, both search and social. AdStage has made it isn't hard to rapidly edit and launch campaigns. The reports are also very simple to make and edit, which has really helped to reduce time.

"AdStage brings campaign management to a new level"

What do you enjoy best?

The overall feature set and they continue innovating/moving forward at a rapid pace. In the beginning, that the UX was a wreck but the features made it worthwhile. The UX and rate have come a longlong way. In addition, AdStage (I think JD Prather) creates a newsletter about the advertisement media space that I've found beneficial.

What do you really dislike?

UX is getting better but still needs some polishing. UI is a small non-intuitive in areas.

Tips to other people contemplating the product

Of all the solutions we reviewed, we found AdStage to be the one that felt most functional if that is reasonable. At the moment, AdStage w/ in beta, and also while the UX had function, it really felt a lot more polished that many of the other people.. .and throughout our tests, everything worked - which might appear peculiar, but we ran into numerous problems with the others (some modest, some critical), which AdStage just felt comfortable.

What business issues are you solving with this product? What advantages have you realized?

We're a small agency and have discovered AdStage beneficial concerning unifying campaign management and reporting capabilities.

"Best Agency Level Scheduling & Rules Tool"

What do you enjoy best?

As a service we greatly use and require the rule and scheduling based automation features of AdStage to help us handle over 300 client Facebook Ad Accounts. These two sections alone have freed around 300 hours in 2017 that I devote to customer satisfaction, service enhancements and more.

What do you really dislike?

I am working on loving the reporting capacity of AdStage. Visually attractive reports are extremely important for me and I fight with all the vertical spacing issue I'm coming across.

Recommendations to others contemplating the Item

As a service we have found it best to setup our rules and scheduling around naming conventions of our effort names, advertisement accounts, ad sets / advertisement groups, etc.. You'll save yourself some rebuilding time should you sit down and plan that before actually building out a full implementation of AdStage

What business problems are you solving with this product? What benefits have you understood?

Before locating AdStage I would spend a few hours of the afternoon going through someplace in the neighborhood of 100 different ad accounts to track lots of metrics. Most of the time has been wasted since not each ad account needed to be reviewed each and every moment. Fast forward to roughly a year after signing up for AdStage and our firm handles over 300 different ad balances. AdStage is the instrument we use to understand when an account has to be looked at.

In 2017 our attention was exclusively focused around Facebook marketing. In 2018 we're presenting remarketing opportunities for our customers using Google. AdStage is going to be instrumental in our ability to double our service offerings without needing to double our team to deal with the extra platform.

The real bottom line is that AdStage allows us to be much efficient with our time. AdStage enables us to be accurate by which clients need to get looked at and especially why they need to be looked at.
