New Faculty Experience (NFE) is a year-long mentorship program for brand new, full time faculty hired at Illinois Central College. The goals of NFE are to provide a space for those new to education to learn about and reflect on the art of teaching. Each cohort provides a space for these new educators to discuss their trials and successes in their first year of teaching at ICC. NFE meets once per month, with different pedagogical topics, guest speakers, and Canvas (LMS) tutorials.
