This is my second year as Faculty Development Coordinator for Illinois Central College (ICC). Before coming to ICC, I was in public education. I taught high school Spanish for 13 years at East Peoria Community High School and prior to that, I taught Spanish at Chicago Public Schools for 3 years. Before that, I was an adjunct professor of Spanish at the University of Northern Iowa for a semester. 

I have been married to my husband for the past 14 years and we have one little one who keeps us on our feet. His name is Colin and he is a rambunctious 5 year old. 

In my free time  I love to travel, read, craft, and spend time with friends and family.
