Kathy's Experience

Kathy lives in Tempe, Arizona and loves the mild winters and the 299 days of sunshine every year. She enjoys traveling, gardening, and learning more about other regions of the United States and world through her photography. 

Kathy's career as a Library Director and state advocate for Arizona libraries earned the IMLS National Medal Nomination in 2019. She has traveled across the United States and overseas. Her love of traveling has fueled a natural desire to learn more about other people, cultures, and sharing those experiences through her photos  and travel writing.
