EL SECRETARIO DE ENERGÍA en uso de sus facultades legales
CONSIDERANDO:
Que el artículo 1 de la Ley 43 de 25 de abril de 2011, reorganizó la Secretaría Nacional de Energía como una dependencia del Órgano Ejecutivo, adscrita al Ministerio de la Presidencia;
Que el artículo 27 de la Ley 43 de 25 de abril de 2011, asignó a la Secretaría Nacional de Energía las funciones, atribuciones y responsabilidades que el Decreto de Gabinete N.°36 de 17 de septiembre de 2003, le otorgaba a la Dirección General de Hidrocarburos y energías Alternativas, lo que incluye la determinación de los precios de paridad de importación de los productos derivados del petróleo.
Que mediante Decreto Ejecutivo N.°123 de 11 de mayo de 2023, se resolvió regular por seis (6) meses, prorrogables, los precios máximos de venta al público de algunos combustibles líquidos en la República de Panamá.
