With experience working with multiple athletes from various realms, I can easily tailor a yoga program to suit the needs of many athletes. Whether athletes are looking to gain mobility and flexibility, gain strength, or add endurance, I can work with athletes to create a program that meets their needs. Yoga mindfulness is especially important in building mental toughness and breath work teaches athletes how to clear their minds, reset their thinking, and focus on the task at hand.

Rates are as follows:
Group of 1: $60 per hour plus additional costs for travel time and fuel if applicable; $60 up-front fee for a one-hour meeting to discuss desires, needs, physical restrictions, etc. of client and creation of custom yoga session.
Groups of 10-20: $85 per class, 60-minutes of instruction, plus additional costs for travel time and fuel if applicable; $60 up-front fee for a one-hour meeting to discuss desires, needs, physical restrictions, etc. of client and creation of custom yoga session.
Groups of 21-30: $125 per class, 60-minutes of instruction, plus additional costs for travel time and fuel if applicable; $60 up-front fee for a one-hour meeting to discuss desires, needs, physical restrictions, etc. of client and creation of custom yoga session.

Assistant Coach, Greg Sharp: "I recognized early on that a lot of my baseball players, especially my pitchers, were lacking in hip and leg flexibility, which are very important in getting athletes to their optimal performance. Kacie and I talked about a specific yoga program that would address this lack of flexibility. Kacie came in and put our players through an introductory yoga session, and she even went fairly easy on them, but it was pretty evident after that first session that the lack of flexibility in most of my players was even greater than I had imagined. The players were pretty amazed at how much flexibility they lacked and are quite excited about the opportunity to continue to work with Kacie and her yoga program in the future. They quickly realized that Kacie's yoga workouts were going to make them better players and pitchers, and are looking forward to the next sessions."
