I am available to do private yoga lessons with you. One-on-one sessions will allow me to carefully create an individualized yoga plan to address your unique needs, as well as allow me time to adjust postures to maximize the benefits of each pose. Private yoga is especially beneficial for those healing from health issues and are in need of specialized care.

Please contact me to set up an appointment. Rates are $60 per hour per person with additional compensation for travel time and fuel if applicable. Clients will be charged an up-front $60 for a one-hour meeting to discuss client's desires, needs, physical restrictions, medical history, etc. Part of this fee will also cover my time in creating a custom, one-of-a-kind yoga session for you!
"I was diagnosed with FAI (Femoral Acetabular Impingement) this is a disorder in my left hip that causes severe impingement and severe pain. I thought my only option was a surgical repair, so I started down the surgical path. Once the insurance company decided my injury wasn’t painful enough and 40% mobility wasn’t that bad, therefore, denying me surgery- I started looking elsewhere for relief. I am pretty open minded and willing to try anything once. I heard there were great benefits to yoga, but I had never been willing to actually try it. I had done “stretching” at home, but I just did not find any relief. I started going to Kacie, and honestly I was extremely skeptical at first, but after only a few sessions I started seeing huge gains. She emphasized the importance of consistency and doing my own work at home in order to see true benefits. She happily put together a custom program just for my needs to do with her as well as at home on my own. The pain relief, mobility, and overall health has been incredible. I simply cannot believe how much better I feel. I look forward to doing yoga, and I can enjoy life again.
