b) Software-these are applications, operating systems

d) People-everyone, user, recipient
e) Process-how the information is shared between devices and people.

In full it refers to as carbon copy. It means a user who will receive the mail as the recipient; all that information is known to both parties. The person Cc’d is known to all recipients. There are no silent viewers.
It means a blind carbon copy. The recipient will receive the email but will not be aware of someone else who got the same email. The Bcc’d are silent viewers, and no one knows they are in the email.
These are files linked to an email. They may include documents, photos, and videos. Some of them are password secured and only open once the user types the password. They normally help mail to be more understandable.
An automatic text with contact information and normally appears at the bottom of emails. It saves the user from typing information all the time when sending emails. It may include name, email, address, phone number, school, etc.
