This unit includes orientation and introduction on Computer Science and Information Technology. As a student who has been in touch with technology, the unit will still be very useful to refresh your knowledge and skills in the digital world.

What I Did

• Got myself a notebook which has my notes for all the units that we have covered

• Discussed as a class on email reflection

• Submitted a handwritten assignment of definition of terms under Unit 0

• Worked on Brightspace Observation assignment( which is Learning Management System) used at Community College of Baltimore County

• Did a pretest and post-test on outlook essentials

What I learned

• How to use the undo send feature in outlook

• Adding a rule to my emails and adding a signature file 

• Key components which are in information system(hardware, software, data, people and process)

• Sending professional emails and which salutations are to be used
