Leaving my placement at Schick Elementary was teary-eyed. I printed out a hand-designed card for each class (about 60) I taught. I put them in each teacher's mail box before I left on my last day.

The teachers at Schick gifted me a binder of all of our memories together. Each class gave me their own sentiment of artwork, goodbye letters, and pictures.
My host teacher painted her first teacher apron when she was student teaching. As a going away gift, she painted me my own.
During my 5th week of student-teaching at South Williamsport High School, I was awarded feature teacher over the loud-speaker during annoucements! The Kindness Rocks Club (students) votes to award the feature teacher at the end of every week. It was the happiest suprise and made my day! I was also awarded a hand-painted rock as an award!
