Being flexible and responsive creates strong rapport, as well as builds a consistent environment where students know that their needs will be accounted for. To be flexible to change is to think on your feet and respond quickly to barriers. Having a strong lesson, an understanding of the material, and an openness to change allows me to think on my feet.
