Being a reflective educator means that I am always trying to grow and develop my teaching for my students. Reflecting on myself as a teacher allows me to be open and critical of what I can do better. By being culturally aware and responsive, I will always strive to be the best educator I can.

Growing and developing professionally allows teachers to flourish, gain wisdom, and become the best educators they can be. It is important to keep improving and gaining new skills over time to grow as a human and educator. I hope to keep honing my skills and learn how to be the best educator I can be. 

Being professional in the work environment means setting boundaries, prioritizing students, and being respectful to students, collegues, families, and faculty. It is important to stay professional as it is what you owe to the people around you and the students.
