🌟 Ingredients 🌟

• 🥣 300g self-rising pastry flour

• 🍬 250g granulated sugar

• 🧈 250g real butter

• 🥚 4 eggs

• 🍒 200g candied fruit

👉 Instructions

1️⃣ Pour the sugar and eggs into a stand mixer. Beat for at least 5 minutes until light and fluffy. 🍳✨
2️⃣ Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Gradually whisk the melted butter into the egg mixture. 🧈💫
3️⃣ Gradually fold the self-rising flour into the batter while stirring. Add the candied fruit and mix well. 🍒🌈
4️⃣ Grease and flour a cake pan. Pour the batter into the pan. 🧽🍰
5️⃣ Preheat your oven to 185°C (365°F). Bake the cake for 45 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 165°C (330°F) and bake for another 15–20 minutes until fully baked. ⏳🔥
