🧈 1 tablespoon butter

🥫 1 can condensed milk

🍫 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

🍬 100 grams of chocolate sprinkles

👉 Instructions: Making the Base

1️⃣ Mix the condensed milk and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Stir until there are no lumps.

2️⃣ Add the butter and heat over medium temperature.

3️⃣ Let the mixture cook until it thickens.

4️⃣ As soon as you can draw a “line” across the bottom of the pan, cocoa mixture is sufficiently cooked. Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool. (Careful, it’s very hot! 🥵)

👉 Shaping the Brigadeiros

5️⃣ Once the mixture is at room temperature, grease your hands with a bit of butter and roll small balls (about 15 grams each).

6️⃣ Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles. 🌀✨

👉 Serving & Storing

7️⃣ Let the brigadeiros set in the fridge. Take them out just before serving. ❄️➡️🍬

8️⃣ Store them in a covered container in the fridge; they’ll stay delicious for weeks! 🕒🍫
