Kinjohro is a long-established Japanese restaurant in Kanazawa, which is famous for its traditional Kaga cuisine. You will have a typical Japanese course menu with local and seasonal ingredients. This restaurant offers fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan, but there is of course a vegetarian option. Traditional Japanese food is an important Japanese cultural heritage.
