COVID-19 safety policy

1. We strongly recommend you to get personal travel/health insurance that covers payment for medical examinations and any other extra cost in case you do not feel well during your stay. The conference does not afford such expense that may result from your health conditions.

2. If you attend the in-person conference and have a fever, severe throat pain or bad cough that can be symptoms of COVID-19, please refrain from coming to the venue. You are able to attend the conference online and switch to online presentations.

3. Mask: Wearing mask is mandatory at the on-site conference venue.

4. Test: We highly recommend you to test yourself regularly if you attend the in-person conference. Depending on the COVID 19 pandemic situation, we might ask the on-site participants to show a negative test result on a daily basis. Please be cooperative.

6. PCR test in Japan costs 20000-30000 Yen. If you need a PCR test result for your return flight or other reasons, please ask the staffs at the registration desk for their help. Please note that we do not afford the expense.
