The project is about the construction of an autonomous car, powered by an electric motor. The idea is to serve as leitmotiv for groups of students to test systems of their own, either developed within courses at IST or independently.

The concept was born from unused resources at DEEC/IST and is coordinated by Profs João Sequeira (navigation and autonomoy), Paulo Branco, and João Fernandes (batteries and electric traction).
