Bio: I received my B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from I-Shou University (ISU), Kaohsiung, TAIWAN, in 2004, and the M.Sc. degree in Communication Engineering from National Central University (NCU), Taoyuan, TAIWAN, in 2006. From 2006 to 2014, I was a Ph.D. candidate in the Institute of Communications Engineering, National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), Hsinchu, TAIWAN. I was also a visiting scholar with the Information Processing Group at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland, from Jul. 2012 to May 2013. I withdrew from my Ph.D. studies in 2014. After finishing the mandatory military service in 2015, I moved to Canada to restart my Ph.D. journey in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Queen's University, learning everything from the fundamentals. In Dec. 2020, I earned my Ph.D. with a dissertation titled "Information Transmission over Two-Way Networks", supervised by Prof. Fady Alajaji and Prof. Tamás Linder. In the first half of 2021, I worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the same department. From Aug. 2021 to Jul. 2023, I was an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU), Keelung, TAIWAN. Since August 2023, I have been an assistant professor in Department of Communications Engineering at National Chung Cheng University (CCU), a university located in Chiayi, a county in southern Taiwan.
