Below is work that I have done for the UVM EDCI325 course, Leadership & Technology. Each artifact is evidence that I understand the change process within a school.
This is what we called our "Destination Postcard." This was created so that we could have a vision of "where" we'd like our school to be in the future. If you look closely at the postcard you can see my vision for my school that I currently work at. It includes access to technology for all students, a strong digital citizenship curriculum implemented for all students, and very strong and intentional professional development for teachers in the area of technology.
Here is my "Pitch" from EDCI325. This pitch was the starting point for creating my change project. The pitch is a draft that just shows how ideas for change can develop and grow over time. This is where it started, and my actual change project is below that.
This is my "Change Project" created for EDCI325. I had to identify an area of need in my school and create a project that could improve that area of need. I developed a plan to create a district technology team that would be responsible for implementing professional development in the area of technology for all district educators.
