Jesse Kohn Lore
Secrets from me.
Secrets from me.
So, everyone has their own share of lore about them, right?
Well, surely I would have my own lore, right...?
RIGHT....??
...
Well, before, I didn't have actual secrets for you to find or search around for, since I didn't like hiding answers to important questions. You may or may not have seen this page when I discussed why.
But some recent new projects have emerged that have gotten very deep, more than I normally would give out.
So, here's a couple of sentences/paragraphs for some of these currently in-progress projects you might find interesting to figure out:
"It is a walk on the beach for Toad, who is curiously looking at the beautiful scenery surrounding him, when he sees a tall, dark mountain in the middle of nowhere. He looked as high as he possibly could and found many climbing this mountain. They were struggling to keep climbing it, and he wondered if he could help them out. And so, he ran toward the mountain, seeing if he could find a way up.
After getting to the mountain, Toad saw how tall the mountain was, but then he saw pastel particles flying around him, in which he saw another mountain, but this time it was colorfully pastel. With his trademark curiosity, he walked toward this mountain and found that no one had been climbing up it. And so, Toad started to climb this pastel mountain to see what's up here. Who will he meet on this climb?"
These paragraphs alone set a foundation for what to expect in my ???? [x] rework. The hierarchies and the functions Toad will find (although confused) will be quite a journey. Stay tuned for what's to come!
But who said we were done here? This isn't even the end of this page. Why? Because there is another lore-heavy project also in the works. Now, just think about how many projects that currently exist that are taking direct inspiration from Windows' Ultimate World and EATTEOFG. Well, you likely do, because (I think) they don't really change a lot from these two.
But this one? Not even inspired by these two. It's still in its earliest stages, but the idea behind it is that an ominous space object is currently damaging the universe, which is corrupting all known numbers (even fictional numbers) with eerie-looking names, symbols, and even definitions!
While the object has left the universe after doing its thing, it left our planet in a creepy, ominous red state where all things don't function as they used to. Water is no longer safe to drink, the sky turned red, the sun is a white dwarf, and everything does not look like what it used to anymore.
Here's a couple of paragraphs of the current basic story surrounding the vibe:
[Will be edited later on.]
"It was just another quiet rotation in the observatory orbiting Earth when a lone researcher noticed something unusual drifting into view -- not a planet, not a star, not a comet. It was a black mass, ringed in red light, flickering like a slow, corrupted heartbeat. Nobody could calculate its trajectory. The formulas refused. The numbers fought back.
As days passed, the mass grew closer -- but never in distance. Rather, everything else seemed to recede. Language, symbols, units, and even definitions began to distort. Textbooks rewrote themselves. Equations failed their own logic. What was once βoneβ now had thirteen fractured reflections, each muttering in strange glyphs no one remembered inventing.
People began to see strange symbols bleeding into the corners of their vision. The alphabet no longer held. New letters arrived -- not learned, but remembered, as if buried deep in the roots of consciousness. And then came the whisper: The Codex is awakening.
Some say it came from the object. Others say the object is a symptom of the Codex itself -- a hollow record of numbers too corrupted to be stored in reality. What was once Earth has become something unnamable. And those who can still read⦠have already changed."
Now, this may be a bit disappointing, but this project will have a recommended age rating of 15 years or more. Why? Well, it most certainly won't have any curse words in the story, BUT...
1. The themes that are being explored here (recursion, corruption, voids, etc.) demand a decent grasp of abstract thinking and symbolic reasoning.
2. There's a creeping emotional tone--which I would call "creepily peaceful"--that can hit differently depending on emotional maturity.
3. It's inspired by Super Kaizo Galaxy ROM hacks (by sheep catgirl) that have insanely tough gimmicks that this series is pulling from: precision, frustration, and symbolic depth that's best appreciated by older teens and up.
4. The numbers are not written in normal languages. There's a lot of glyphs made to simplify uncommon or rare syllables or even custom syllables only possible through new letters. It's very sparse even for some adults.
It's not like it's unwatchable if you're 13 or 14, which is especially true for Windows' Ultimate World (that used to be recommended for 14+) and EATTEOFG, but for the best experience, I recommend following this at the age of 15 or above.
Also, no one even dares to do something like this, especially for someone that is almost 20 years old. That's how fearless I am with doing an experiment like this!
Anyway, I know it has been a lackluster several months with no lore from a now 5,000+ subscriber channel, but now you've got something from me to theorize on. I'll catch you guys later!
