Summary
Summary
The class was assigned to create a professional, detailed Technology plan. The plan includes clear goals and objectives based on the needs of the institutions and outlines the necessary steps to fulfill the plan (the Action Plan). It also includes a thorough technology budget, the technology team and who is responsible for each requirement. It specifies how the plan will be implemented, the support needed to fulfill the plan and a detailed timeline for achieving the goals and objectives.

Reflection
The Technology Plan meets Outcome #7 because it requires engaging in professional relationships to develop a solid plan of implementing and updating technology. It addresses how learners will be able to access technology effectively, the budget for including the plan, and how to maintain service and security.
This was one of my favorite projects to work on. I enjoyed planning out the needs of the school and how to support students and educators with effective technology. I have learned how to interact with all stakeholders and how to meet their expectations.
