Line up players behind Running Back
Blocker (Green)
Defensive Player (Yellow)
Next player in line becomes RB
Players Rotate from RB, to Blocker, to Defender
Defender goes to back of line
The coach stands behind the defensive player and indicates the snap count and the direction to block the defender.
Blocker fires out using The “Power Step”, “Quick Step” and “Hand Attack” technique, aiming at the defender’s number.
Runner must stay inside the cones.
