第6回アジア地域の高等教育機関におけるプランニングに関する国際フォーラム2017（HEPA2017）を以下の要領で開催いたします。発表を募集しておりますので、ご案内申し上げます。日本初上陸です。

大学におけるプランニングやその支援を実務で行っている方々をはじめ、その分野の研究者や関心のある大学教職員が対象となっています。実践例や理論に関する発表を募集しておりますので、ご興味のある方は以下のアドレスまでお申し込みください（発表は英語）。

We are writing to invite you to participate in the sixth Higher Education Planning in Asia (HEPA) Forum 2017, to be held at another dynamic city in Asia, Tokyo, Japan! Hosted by the Tokyo Institute of Technology, the Forum will be held on March 21-22, 2017. Please save the date!

WHAT IS HEPA?

* Gathering of fellow planners – A unique platform for university planners and administrators across Asia to collaborate, share best practices, and network.

* Relevant topics - Forum program features topical presentations and case studies relevant to Asian universities, covering a wide array of issues such as strategic and operation planning, business intelligence and analytics, internationalization, rankings and performance improvement.

* Highly interactive – Breakout sessions and networking breaks for participants to share and discuss real-life challenges and experiences.

As a senior administrator, your participation will add much value to the Forum, and you will benefit from interacting with professional peers and expanding your network.

Previous forums have been held in Hong Kong, Seoul (Korea), Beijing (China), Singapore, and Sydney (Australia) and attracted participants from Australia, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, United Kingdom, and United States. Over the past few years, we have built a growing pan-Asian HEPA network of institutional planners and administrators, with approximately 500 individuals in the network.

Further information about HEPA and past Forum is available at http://hepa.ust.hk/. The website will be continually updated as details about HEPA 2017 become available, including draft program, preliminary lists of participating institutions and speakers, and registration details.

To better meet the needs and expectations of Forum participants, the HEPA Secretariat will be sending out a short survey in the next month or two to collect feedback on Forum organization, e.g. topics of interest. Please contribute your ideas actively to help us plan for the program.

CALL FOR SPEAKERS AND MODERATORS

We encourage you to contribute as a speaker and/or moderator at the Forum. Please reply to this email to indicate interest, with your proposed speaking topic title and a short abstract by December 1, 2016.
