The Multi-Sector Governance Council (MSGC) is a group of key external stakeholders who can assist the organization in pursuing its reform agenda. The MSGC functions to assist the organization in realizing its vision, commitments, and strategic directions as reflected by the basic governance documents. Apart from providing strategic counsel, it is ideal for MSGC members to become the external champions for the organization in the spirit of “making governance a shared responsibility” wherein both the private and public sectors of society work harmoniously towards nation building.
