The creation of a good strategy through the basic governance documents is just the first step in the transformation process of the PGS. To take the leap from strategy formulation to strategy execution is a hurdle that can be overcome by translating and harmonizing the strategic choices into actionable items can make units and individuals accountable for their unique contribution to the Strategic Position. To make this happen, the strategy must be cascaded to all operating units in order to align the performance targets of the different units and individuals to drive the organization towards the attainment of the strategic position, as well as the corresponding strategic deliverables and targets found in the strategy map and governance scorecard.

PERFORMANCE GOVERNANCE DIGITAL MONITORING SYSTEM (PDMS)
Launched in July 2021, the Performance Governance Digital Monitoring System (PDMS) seeks to guarantee effectiveness and convenience to all departments and units in compliance with the monthly submission of PGS reports, specifically the Operations Review.
Recognized by the Institute for Solidarity in Asia, the PDMS has been published as a case study in their official website. The real-time tracking boosts progress assessment, leaving slow paperwork behind.
TRIPLE A AWARD
The PGS Core Team created the Triple A Award, which stands for "Aware, Achiever, and Accountable," to recognize departments and units that demonstrate exceptional commitment to upholding the principles and practices of the Performance Governance System (PGS) as Champions. Award recipients are objectively evaluated based on criteria that assess their overall compliance with and successful cascading of the PGS within their respective departments and units.
The recognition scheme has been further expanded to include Special Awards for Breakthrough, Best Practices, and Above and Beyond. These additional categories aim to acknowledge exceptional achievements in various areas, highlighting departments and units who have demonstrated outstanding contributions beyond the standard expectations.
