Duties of County Attorney

“When I decided to take on the office of Marshall County Judge Executive after my husband’s death, I did so with the knowledge that there would be experienced and knowledgeable people to help me along the way. Jason was one of these and over the ten months I was in office, Jason mentored me and advised me on many unexpected and new challenges I met along the way. His advice and help was such a comfort, and his support of me in every new situation was just what I needed. Jason’s knowledge of law is unquestionable. But mostly I found him to be a true public servant concerned in all the aspects of County government. Jason will fulfill all duties of the County Attorney with knowledge, experience, and dedication.”
